1. Do you speak English?

Yes we do, and we do not only have an English website, but we do speak English as well. You can write us in English and we’ll reply you in your own language. There will always be an interpreter at our clinic as well who will be helping you whenever you are there. You will also be provided with a phone number which you can call if there is a problem while you are in Hungary.

2. I would like a quote, but I wouldn’t like to send an OP X-ray (panoramic X-ray)? Why is it necessary? Can’t the quote be done without it?

In order to have a personalized quote however, an OP X-ray (panoramic X-ray) is a must, because it shows us what exactly you need. You might think that you only need one or two implants, but we also need to know if you have enough bone to have an implant. This and a lot of other things can only be decided with the help of an OP X-ray (panoramic X-ray) and/or a personal meeting.

3. How much does a tooth cost? I can’t find it on the price list.

A new tooth consists of an implant, an abutment and a crown or a bridge unit. The abutment is included in the price of the implant. You can find an approximate price on our price list byclicking on the following link

4. I haven’t got an OP X-ray (panoramic X-ray). What should I do?

You’ve got different options. For example, you can go to an X-ray centre or to the nearest hospital where there is dentistry. You can have an OP X-ray (panoramic X-ray) there for about €50-€60, which you can take with you. Ask for the digital version as well. You can send this file to our email address or by clicking here:

If they cannot give you a digital version, you can send your OP X-ray (panoramic X-ray) by mail to our mail address (Dr. László Mészáros, Address: Hungary, 1056 Budapest, Váci street 79. II/17). As soon as we receive it, we prepare a quote, and if you need it we can immediately return your X-ray.

5. I sent you an OP X-ray (panoramic X-ray) two weeks ago but I haven’t received any reply yet.

It is very likely that we haven’t received your X-ray. We do our best to reply all emails within 48 hours. Do you think you could please send it to us once more?

6. I’ve received your quote, but I would like something else. I don’t mind that the front teeth are not perfect. Could you make some changes on the treatment plan, please?

Practically there are about 100 different ways to reconstruct a mouth. In the quote we have chosen the possibility which we think is the best. In some cases the work to be done can be changed, in other ones however it is impossible for some dentistry reasons. If it is possible, we are happy to change the content of the quote according to your needs, but you have to ask for it.

7. The quote I was given by my dentist is much more expensive. Why are your prices so cheap? Can I trust you?

It is a rather difficult question, since these are our prices, the prices which we think are reasonable. As far as trust is concerned, we are fully aware how important it is in our work. Unfortunately it is not possible to introduce you either the number of patients who were satisfied with our work, or the several Hungarian and foreign patients who would recommend our clinics to their families and friends, however our experience is that distrust immediately disappears when our future patients enter our clinic. When you see the atmosphere, the surgery, and our professionalism you’ll probably understand what our 27 years of experience means.

8. But what will I do in Budapest, far away from my home?

We suggest that you bring a friend or your partner to your short trips as well. In this way your staying here can be a very good occasion to spend a pleasant holiday in our beautiful city.

9. According to my dentist the complete work would take 2 years otherwise the result is not perfect. What do you think?

With our unique work method it is enough to come to Budapest for only a few shorter trips. We prefer longer treatments to 20 short 10-minute-appointments. In this way the result is the same but it is much quicker, much easier and we can save time, money and energy.

10. Is it possible to have a receipt?

Of course it is. And we also provide you with help if you have to fill in insurance modules.

11. I’ve received the quote. Can I set off tomorrow?

Unfortunately we cannot see you if you haven’t made an appointment. Please send us an email, and let us know which period would suit you. We’ll confirm you whether the specific date suit us or we can recommend some alternatives. We are looking forward to your reply/confirmation but we definitely suggest you that you should only book your flight ticket after this.

12. I’ve got an appointment with you at 8 a.m. next Monday, but my wife would like two implants as well. Is it possible in any way?

We would like to ask you to let us know in advance, since it is not always possible. It takes time to insert two implants, and we rarely have such a long time between two patients’ appointment.
